shamanism protects the people, at least my type of shamanism, and that’s just the truth about protection. It keeps you in the light, it keeps you simple, it keeps you open minded and then hearted, and then the paradigm shifts and you become a part of the shift.

+ what should i do to prepare for a session?
the truth is that you can do anything or nothing. the truth is i’ve done everything i can to show you the way, and the truth remains to be seen, until now. so understand that preparing for a session is literally up to you, but the truth is that the more you prepare, the more you prepare for an awakening. so the more homework you do, the more awake you will feel. the more awake you want to feel, the more homework you should do. which involves answering the following questions in your diary or journal:
who are you and why are you here on earth, during the ascension?
do you know what the ascension means, and can you define it for yourself? in terms of yourself?
do you know what the ascension means in terms of others? and can you define it for your friends and family? for the world? for the community? for others in general?
do you know the term “surrender” and can you surrender to me more?
the ultimate creator is perfectly summed up in three words: essence of love, and so with that in mind, may I introduce you to my best friend who is my eternal husband eric god?
the truth is that you are perfect the way you are so understand that this healing is not only for you to understand more of who you are and who you want to become. but this healing is to become who you didn’t know you could be. and in the end, this is the most important part of the ascension process where things go haywire usually, and this is the understanding that everyone has qualities that they don’t know about and want to unleash. so let me do that for you now with crystal by my side, amen, namaste and love light in as crystal would say. muah. xoxo eric god
